Active Autowerke Equal Length Midpipe

Question. I'll be bringing my US Spec 2018 F80 ZCP over in September. I'm running the stock CATTED down pipes and the stock back box mated to the non-reso AA EL midpipe.

Will I have any issues passing MOT since I've deleted the secondary cats that are built into the OE pipe?

Thanks!

From the above I think you have both primary and secondary cats removed? If so seriously doubt you will pass the emissions test.

I have just the primary cats removed and it passes OK.

No I only removed the second cats. I'm running stock catted down pipes

No you'll be fine. Lots of folk have secondaries removed.

I'm considering the AA EL midpipe, how are you liking it? Did you go resonated or non resonated?

I have stock DPs, and then a full Remus system, with non resonated midpipe and find it too loud to be honest. So thinking the resonated one will be better for me.

Sorry I misread your post - you have CATTED down pipes so as Terry says you'll be OK with one of the cats removed.

I'll let you know soon. I haven't been able to drive it yet because of a big snow storm that came through. I did one quick start up afterwards and a few revs and I was honestly quite surprised by the sound and the volume.

I went with the non res pipe. I'm hoping to go shoot some video tomorrow or Sunday!
