I have not driven the new C8 but drove C7 Z06 a few times. Not a fan of the driving dynamics or inputs vs BMW/Porsche. Although those cars have high HP, they are setup more as GT cars to cater to the client base. I prefer more raw, direct engagement with a “sports” car.
this is definitely a fair point maybe ill just wait until I can afford my dream car a 991 gt3.

1LT? pass. My civic has more options. (not a knock on the C8, love them and considering a C8 Z06 when its out) but if you are spending that much money my ass is getting heated/cooled seats.

3LT w/Z51 or nothing with the C8. Keep the m4. Wait till you can afford the GT3.

In Portland? 100% of them would yes. And about 50-75% of women in Corvallis/Albany.

The c8 totally looks like a camaro in the rear...they could have done better with the rear design.

I thought the C8 is completely different from the previous generation. The mid-engine will have vastly superior weight distribution, similarly to supercars.

Also, the interior seems like a huge improvement over the C7.

You're 18

You work hard and have been flipping cars past years

You flip Asian mini vans as a money maker

Your F83 is a 2015 and only has 8,000 miles

Aviators are cherry on top

so I will say this. when I sat in the interior it was a lot nicer than expected and definitely didn't feel like any other chevy product ive been in but all the screens that are basically wrapped around you are very distracting. I can't image what it would be like at night I like the m4s dash so simple yet modern and still analog feeling to me at least when compared to these newer cars.

I don't find the C8 attractive at all, especially in the narrow body configuration.

At 8000 miles you’ve barely broken in your M4 let alone experienced it.

Then again if you are set on the C8 and you can really afford it, get it and a beater car or SUV for the practical stuff. But for the love of god, drive the damn thing.

I saw one yesterday in person along with a grey G80 M3 when I was in Irvine. There are some aspects of the C8 that look good in person, but I don't like the rear end. It looks very... hotwheel like? I think if the C8 had more of the C7 back, it would look better.

When I saw the G80 M3 behind I was like "omg someone actually bought this heaping flaming pile of garbage". LOL

Everything past the doors is weird looking or proportioned wrong, in typical GM fashion.

The factory wheel options and steering wheel are the next biggest offenders. Awful.

I'd wait for grand sport personally. Although C7 grand sport would be my preference. Still think I'd rather have the M4 though.

Put me on the list for; can't wait to buy G80 M3 Pure!

The more people hate on the car the more I want one.

There are a few M3/M4 at my near by dealership that aren't moving since launch. Feel free to buy them.

Definitely the m4. Coming from a fellow <25 yo, having a corvette (unless it's a classic) at any age under 30 is just odd. Being the college kid with a new vette would throw off weird ass vibes IMO. If you plan on rushing I'd def recommend against it too haha

Also I can't imagine how you'd get through college with a 2 seater lol but at least you would never be the designated driver?
