Ohlins R&T Strut Teardown

One thing folks mention about Ohlins (and Bilstein) is that they use an "inverted" strut. Well I'll show you what that really means, and what's inside the Ohlins strut assembly.

I'll be giving Fat Cat a call in about two months or so to chat about setting up my car. Did you upgrade your suspension yet?

I have FCM on my 328d wagon, and will eventually be doing that on the M2. It'll be a ways out because I want to finish breaking in the car, tracking a bit on the stock suspension, getting the Ohlins on, tracking with that, and then changing springs on the Ohlins to something that might be more optimal, and going through the testing process again with that before moving to FCM. I like having solid baselines to compare to.

Feel free to shoot me a PM with any questions about the FCM process and I can walk you through it.
