I'm curious as to why a manifold spacer was needed though? I'm assuming it has something to do with the physical design of the pump or how the lines are routed. Also interested in knowing if the "complete fuel line kit" is absolutely necessary due to higher flow rates or if they're just considered an upgrade.

The intake manifold spacer was designed so that there is no modifications required due to the upgraded pump sizes. Absolutely no fitment or clearance issues utilizing the most oem look possible.

I dont think its publicly released yet. However, you could shoot them an email or a DM on instagram and probably find out all the information you need.

We are currently working on this and will start a new thread when completed which will include all data of the new fuel system components as well as data for our newly developed KRAS55EVO's.

I've had great results so far with the spool FX150 + M5 injectors.

E30, 70lb/min airflow, 28psi, 12 degrees of timing @ 7k, clean AFR's, no misfires and car hauls ass. Car can be a handful even with Mickey Thompson SS @20psi on anything under 90mph.

Stock pump & injectors couldn't keep up on the OTS 2H E30 map.

Mods in my signature.

Next up will be E50.

Do you think your fuel setup can flow enough to run straight E85 with your vargas turbos?

Just installed the m5 injectors last week so haven't had much time. Base tune on e30 was a 6.88 for the 60-130. I'm at 3400ft elevation with DA's in the 5-8k during mid day, so take that as it is. I also don't like doing the 60-130 in my area. Nothing is flat and you run out of straight runway fast. I'll get a dyno and more details as I can. My work is crazy busy till mid May so taking what free time I can now to chill.

Just filled up with a fresh tank yesterday, station was higher then normal and it measured at E66. On the base E50 tune, Rail pressure is steady ~2800psi, no issues up to 28psi, 70lb/min, 11deg, 13.8 arf @ 7k. Even with the cost of the spool + new m5 injectors, this is exactly the setup I was looking for in terms of simplicity and safety. Still using BM3, didn't have to switch platforms and nothing fueling is being taking to it's limits (yet).

Tuner is abperformance, tuner is based in Georgia (the country).

I think my limit for safety on e85 is the LPFP at this point. The spools + m5 should be able to support straight e85 to the numbers called (~750whp) out by Krato's earlier. Great thing about this setup, you can actual buy it as a peon like myself!

You can buy the stage 3 LPFP from spool for $850.

I'm speaking about the M5 + HFPF with the peon comment. As needed I'll upgrade the LPFP.

So with Spool HPFP/M5 injectors and OTS E30 Hybrid turbo map you did 6.88?

The way I read that, he was able to do 6.88sec 60-130 time on E30 OTS and has since moved to a custom E50. That's why I asked him to confirm.
