People do understand that the Executive package is not a BMW thing, but a BMW NA thing for the US market. Right? That's why equipment was different for Canada cars from US cars from UK cars, etc.

Order bank is officially available to order MY16, however, pricing is still "blocked". Everything that was posted on the first page is true. Executive Package doesn't show Comfort Access and Satellite Radio as that is standard equipment along with Harmon Kardon. The Lighting Package is still available for LED's so LED's are NOT standard like they are on the 340i.

I do not see any other wheel options. Only 19" 437 in the Silver and Black.

The only thing I am confused about is "ZNS - Non Sport Seats for Luxury Package" that is showing in the options section. I assume this is a system glitch.

I'm curious to see how much the Exec. pack is now that it's dropped a few things.. heated steering wheel would be nice lol

Maybe you can get carbonstructure w/ full leather. That would be sick!

I saw some people complain that the F83 seats were more comfortable than those in the F80 and F82, maybe it's an option for those?

That would be awesome! As a large mammal the seats are not comfortable for longer then about 2 hours.

while i was browsing through the bmw.de, i opened the pricing list for the M3 and it shows the LED headlight is standard. Was this standard to europe in 2015? or does this mean MY16's will have standard LED's?

As a lurker, I just wanted to say thank you for posting what you know, when you know it. I know it is not necessarily final until it is final... but it definitely helps someone like me mentally set some expectations for when everything goes live.

I say this because after many test drives and deciding on a M3 for ED purchase this Fall, I waited to place an order so that I could get the MY2016 instead of the 2015. In doing so, I was really hoping to hear for some specific changes.

Unfortunately, while some of the things I was hoping for were changed, unless there is a last minute change/add by BMW, the one thing I really wanted to hear was an update to the base color options. I am just not a fan of any of the current colors. I am a fan of most of the BMW blues, with the original Estoril being my favorite. That said, I just can't do the new YMB.

It's going to be painful to spend the extra money for something like MCB or EB2 when the 3 series M-sport gets Estoril as an option. Depending on the base price and option changes, I may have to settle on one of the current choices. The individual color additions are a joke, in my opinion.

So yes, thanks for sharing what you know! Even if it isn't the final data that we will be using for orders, it definitely helps set expectations.

I'm in the same boat. Waited for the '16, and doing ED this October. After 2 black BMWs in a row, I just can't do another dark color. I think I'll have to stick with AW, although I keep being tempted by Tanzanite. The $1900 paint price is rather silly, IMO. I was definitely hoping for at least one more 'standard' metallic color option. Blah.

Edit: Kinda...but I believe the price reflects it. I'm looking at the Italian site for example, and it's "included in the package" but it's also a 77k Euro base price whereas the German base is 71k Euro and is also selected But I'm not comparing all the options that are defaulted between them.

They were not part of the base package in the UK.

Then maybe LED's are not standard then for the US

I have just ordered my new M3 (last Friday) and it has an estimated delivery date of July 6th 2015.

Question - as this is a factory build spec, will it be the new 2016 version or the last of the 2015?

My dealer hasn't a clue and I cant seem to find out when they will stop the 15 builds and start the 16 build.

I consider it possible the base price will not increase as the Euro has weakened considerably over the last year or so. BMW has changed options to standard features before when the Euro weakened.

OK, this will probably turn out to be wishful thinking, and the color selection is still disappointing.
