First Time BMW Owner - What Price to Target for a Used 2016/2017 M3?

I recently bought my wife a 2019 X3 and we both could not be happier. Just an awesome car. I currently drive a 15 year old Ford and I am now an avowed BMW driver. I really really really want an M3 F80 in white/YMB/gray color. Here's what I am looking for:

EDIT: removed ZCP because I want sunroof.

Year: 2016
Mileage: 35K or under
Sun Roof
Full Leather

Year: 2017
Mileage: 35K or under
Sun Roof
Full Leather
Vented seats

What should I expect to pay for each of these cars? To be honest I overpaid my X3 because I did not do enough research. This time around I really want to make sure I get a great deal and I can be patient. I drove my current car for 15 years, why not a few months or year more right? Thanks a lot for any advice!

ZCP with a sunroof isn't exactly common, just FYI. They're out there, but it will probably take a while to find, and if you do it might not hit the rest of your requirements.

Extended leather is a lot more common than full leather too but the full is at least more common than a sunroof.

But for what it's worth, last month I picked up a 2018 ZCP with DCT, CF roof, Executive Package, Driver Assistance Package, M Performance package, CF mirror caps, and a lot of other little add-ons, 17k miles, and I got it for $60k.

Low mile ZCP; that's a great find!!!!

I can definitely appreciate trying to find a good deal on a CPO M3. Hindsight; that should of been the effort on the more common x3.

Your configuration is gonna be tough to find. When you find it; my guess you're gonna pay what they ask.

Took me 5 months to find my car.
