I doubt the drop had any incidence on steering feel. I believe the increased camber and wider tires are the biggest contributor to improved steering feedback in my case.

Don't mean to resurrect an old post, but does anyone have diameter and weight for the ZCP (CompPack) and/or any after market sway bars like Dinan or AFE?

This is a good place to note that the sportier CS model uses the non-ZCP front sway bar in conjunction with the GTS/ZCP rear sway bar. I have coded the CS DSC settings into my non-ZCP car and it definitely has given my car a little more understeer than I would like. My personal recommendation would be to get just the ZCP rear-sway bar first, code-in the CS DSC settings, and then re-evaluate the car’s balance from there. I suspect the car will feel great in this config.

How and where can you order these parts? Want to order the ZCP front/rear anti roll bars and all the associated parts for a pre LcI M4. Have tried running a google search but it brings me to websites that sell AFE, H&R, dinan etc. anti roll bars but can’t find the stock ZCP bars for sale.

You may want to contact GetBMWParts. They should have 'em.

Not trying to change topics but the Dinan Toe Links made a huge difference for me. I am lowered on M HAS and also running the CS EDC.

I have a non-ZCP M3 and the Dinan toe links made a very noticable difference, the rear is now very predictable and planted, especially at VIR.

I agree. A couple years back I put both front and rear zcp bars on and as you said, it understeered so bad I put the stock front bar back on.

Also, I have a thread somewhere on here with some pictures of the differences in thickness but I can't find it right now. The front bar is NOT 3mm thicker momo3605

I will be installing the Dinan sway bars later this month, let’s see if I end up having a similar issue with the car understeering really badly. According to everything I have read and based on other members’ experiences with the Dinan set, that should not be the case.

I will report back, have an upcoming HPDE as well.

Any update on the best way bar upgrade on a ZCP car? This is the last piece of my suspension journey and I plan to do this in conjunction with front and rear diff bushings and bracket.

Thanks!!
