BTW, for giggles, I created a 2nd account today too, it doesn't work with either of those, Both had the 440i added to, and stopped working as soon as I attempted to log in again....

My cars been done with production for a 5 days and it still won't come up by production number. Better to just call bmw genius. Guess websites aren too hard for bmw

I was finally able to get a little further today after entering my production number. But somehow I'm not getting the screenshot that you guys showing. All I get was vehicle has been added and model and description (no images). Is it because I don't have a VIN # and should I give it some time to get into the database? Also earlier this week I called Genius and they told me my vehicle is week 40. That's all I know at this point.

Never mind...it's there now. SO I logged off and logged back on and it displays it now.
Typically how long does it takes to see a status code (i.e. 112, 150)? |

Status codes won't show up on the website, just the general 'production begins', 'production ends' etc. Most genius reps won't give the code either, you can ask your CA for the code or get a VIR (Vehicle Inquiry Report) from your CA which will have the specific code.

Got same error. Initially couldn't find car with production number. Once have VIN, directed to the ESign issue that never resolves. New email registered doesn't work.
Can confirm the previous FS payments comment is definitely not true and cause of issue. |
