Recalibrating the side view cameras

Recently had to have the drivers side mirror replaced and now my side view camera Isn't functioning. How do I recalibrate the camera to the system?

ISTA:

The diagnosis system provides the following service function for the all-round vision camera (TRSVC):

Calibration and teaching in of the all-round vision camera

Path: Service functions > Driver assistance > All-round vision camera

Depending on the vehicle equipment, all installed cameras are automatically learned in with this service function and the cameras can then be calibrated individually. The bumper camera cannot be calibrated.

Yeah not really answering your question. OP asked how to recalibrate the mirror cam and that’s what I posted.

Maybe add some info other than your camera not working and I might be able help. Whether you replaced the camera, error codes, etc.

See pics and yes, like I said in the OP, whole mirror was replaced, so therefore the camera as well

First try and clear the codes. Then use the ISTA calibration process to calibrate the camera. Only problem is that the camera should display without needing calibration and your codes lead down to the path of lack of communication between the camera and the computer.

Is it possible that the thing just isn’t plugged in within the side view mirror housing? That was my first guess but idk how to take it apart. Trying to find a DIY on it but no luck yet

Where did you have it done? Just take it back there and see what they say. Willing to bet the connector is soft-set or completely disconnected.

Body shop did it, but I like to figure this stuff out on my own. I like having the know how
