Update, brake warning was due to a sensor all good.

So I had to come to a sudden stop today from about 75 mph... A minute later I got brake failure message and it states pads needs to be replaced at 330 miles so far on the car taking it in again tomorow.

They may not have connected the brake pad sensor solidly or it got pulled loose, probably just a small issue.

I stopped going to BMW Rockville. They've gone down the drain. Silver Spring gets my business now.

Did you order the "Lemon" package?

In all seriousness, I hope this is a minor issue that is resolved quickly.

You have a new car on the way, if I remember correctly? A very similar thing happened to me with my first F30 M Sport 335i. BMW really took care of me well in the end.

I am guessing the same since they opened and closed the entire rear part of the car to put the rear diff in.
