Can the ZCP exhaust valves be disabled by unplugging them?

Can we do this on the ZCP by simply unplugging them? I tried it once before around 4K miles and it seems like it messed with the shift points and altered the smooth feel. Could have been my imagination though. I have the DCT btw.

Your imagination.

Shut off your car in sport+ then unplug them.
I used to do that at track events so I could get rev matching and still get that loud exhaust note

I believe your supposed to turn the ignition on without starting and put it in sport plus and press the gas to floor and you can hear the valves open then you can unplug them. If you unplug them before they are open then they will stay closed I believe.
