Awww helll nooo!!! That's crap. I live in a nice gated community with nice homes fairly close together. We have garbage trucks, recycle trucks, UPS trucks, mail trucks and Harley's , whizzing by all fkn day . They are huge and they are loud. Landscapers every morning with their two-stroke blowers going 10,000 RPM and dogs barking. We also seem to be in a flight path of tour helicopters going up to red rock Canyon lately . I can't see where my M3 in cold start mode for 10 seconds is any worse than alll that shit. Sounds pretty damn good to me. Best part of my morning.

Agreed. It takes a total of 10-15 seconds for me to start my car and pull away. The complaints just seem unreasonable to me. (And I even live in a townhouse)

You can pick this up at the dealer. Ask them to include the "Bond 007" package

My coworker recently bought a Dodge Challenger SRT Scat Pack and the exhaust system on that car is F'ing loud. He has a remote start on it too, so he can fire it off at a distance. I think you should pick one up for your wife or something and really piss your neighbor off.

Lawyers involved. Site taken down and OP disappeared, apparently due to temporary injunction, which has since been lifted, so site is back and OP made an appearance here with a post.

Appears way past point of resolving reasonably. Neighbor and OP seem intent on destroying the other or, at a minimum, getting the other to move. Hopefully it won't end in tragedy for any parties involved. Lawyers likely thrilled to be making some money because that's what they do.
