I agree. It does look sick, though. Hopefully it's reasonably priced.

2017 BMW M2  [0.00]
Needs to be less than the $59k GT500. w/o a SC and 150+/- less hp, I'd say it's doable.

It's going to be in the 50s, remember they have to leave room for the GT500 above it.

Leave it to Ford to build a better M3 than BMW can do. Boy has the world changed.

Quite possibly true. Props to Ford.

Oh my.....the sound.

Ford AND Chevy have really come a long way in competing with the M. Can't fall back on the interior or track performance favoring BMW as justification of price. I def interested in the reviews.

A normally aspirated, high revving, flat plane crank engine.... Ferrari performance and engine characteristics for ~$60 k. That is amazing and for one who tracks, how can this not be considered?

At last - some official info.

Now, we need more specs - bore, stroke, redline, peak power RPM, peak torque RPM, dyno graph, etc.

I don't understand how this is financially feasible. If it is, I don't know why every car manufacturer is not doing the same. This is the stuff car dreams are made of.

Props to Ford and Chevy. These guys are brining it. Even their design is starting to look more compelling.
