Another bump for Alex. Met with him on Friday and drove away with lots of goodies. He's quick, thorough, and friendly!

Now offering Euro Engine & DCT Flash for F8X $100 for both. Better throttle response, car pulls harder then before. DCT shifts are smoother & faster.

Coding done by Alex today. Amazing, as carbon//m3 mentioned with the EURO DCT flash, this flash plus the EURO ENGINE flash are legit! So much smoother, and better power put down. More importantly, Alex is amazing. He thoroughly explained everything and how each coded item works. Fast and straight to the point coding.

Thanks Alex!

Had my car coded by Alex right after I drove off the dealer lot. He went over things that I might/might not want. He even helped my taped my car for the drive back to norcal. I would highly recommend Alex for all your coding needs. Thanks again, Alex!

What MDM coding are you using?

Reading the Euro MDM thread, it sounds like there are several ways to do it with varied results.

Basically I want much looser traction control intervention, but America MDM for stability control functions, ala "competition mode" as GM calls it, except they turn traction control completely off , but leave full stability control.

Because it's mostly the traction control part that kills the fun, the stability part keeps you safe and from doing a 360 on faster corners.

There is only one true correct way of doing it. I have no clue what everyone else is posting.

Can you tell me what that is and how it changes each section, both traction control and the stability control ?

I'll be giving you a buzz as soon as I get my coils put on to code out EDC and Euro MDM.

I hope Euro MDM is a happy medium, still keep you safe on the mountain / back roads, but allow a little more fun.

I am sorry I do not discuss methods of coding.

No worries, I understand.

Maybe in person you can explain to me a little. Just about how much leeway euro code gives you.
Mi just want to stay safe , but not kill the fun.
