Sterckenn upper splitter fitment
I just installed these sterckenn pieces. There are beautifully constructed but don’t seem to fit very well. Both sides have the same gap so it’s consistent. Anyone have the same issue?

Based on the photo the bumper insert was not installed in the correct position. I recommend having a body shop remove it so that it does not crack. Then they can adjust it.

Mine has small gap on each side. It's possible there's variation in the sets since these are carbon. It's fitted all the way to the back underneath. Pressing around, it seems the outer bottom sides are not totally stuck on.

I just got a set of the same from iND and will be here next week. I will see if I have any issues with fitment. Super bummer if the fitment is not spot on considering how much they are

I had no issues with my parts whatsoever. Fitment was spot on without any gaps. By looking at your picture it seems you positioned them to close to the edge. Did you use a shop for an install ? I was trying to do it by myself but gave up on that since 3M tape ain't easy to remove and you have only one chance to do it. That's how mine are mounted: |

Then they made the part too long (left to right). So you have to position from the inside first to not get a gap, but then how would you know if the tape will stick to the bumper on the outer edge? I positioned from outside to the inside.
I have pics, will post later. |

They need to be moved more out toward the edges of the outside of the car. This should decrease that gap. I have them on my car and have to do a few placements. Heat up and slowly remove or take to a body shop.

Yes, the gap can definitely be minimized if you move around splitter. I still have the splitters and used to have the full sterckenn carbon package, they definitely make one of the best quality aftermarket carbon parts you can buy. Feel free to check my IG for pictures.
