My dudes. I've done it.

I've mounted 305/30/19 fronts and 325/30/19 rears w/ the Nankang AR-1 tire. Fitment is pretty awesome, more to come!

Didn’t get any lap times, but was very happy with the car compared to his F80. Also mentioned that he didn’t feel the extra weight.

Anyone that cannot feel ~200lb difference on track does not have an opinion that carries much weight with me

If you compare this vid with the G8x CH drove, you can feel the weight during transitions of the new one. F8x also seems to have better turn-in response.

Was out there Saturday, yes, had to cord the Goodyear.......

Just met the owner briefly and asked a few questions. He was in our red run group, so figure he was experienced and fast enough for good feedback.

Yup, planning to get something end of the year. Hopefully I can use my voucher for M school and the G80 will be there. Honestly though, I'm looking for something lighter and smaller, if not just for the handling, but the consumables.

I managed a personal best at Laguna with the StopTech Trophy brakes and Hawk DTC70 pads. I now need to get a harness as the braking is now so much more violent. Does anyone have good recommendations?

I rarely take pictures in the morning because I'm always busy reviewing data or getting ready for my session. It's a shame because that's the BEST time to take photos is when the sun is nice and low making interesting and dramatic shadows and lighting. The AW E30 M3 at SOW yesterday made me make an exception and I'm so glad I took the time. What a pleasure to shoot.

Nice, are you by chance using the 309 street pads when not at the track?

I'm using those too, they don't dust much at all, but they really lack any sort of bite.

Hello Canadian track junkies, I’m looking for info about doing a track day at Mont Tremblant. I find the info a bit scarce, not much on their site and the following compilation of events for 2021.

This is in the context of planning a track trip up north, ideally to include Watkins Glen, maybe Mosport, and Mont Tremblant.

@adc , I'm not familiar with Mont Tremblant. For Mosport, you can consider Speed Therapy (on top of those organizers that can be found in the website you shared):
