Air Injection and heated catalysts won't set as ready after Bootmod 3?

I installed the Bootmod 3 OTS tune for 93 octane after I bought my car, and checked emissions compliance so I could got my inspection done. Car is stage 1 no downpipes and simply did the OTS, I have done 3 complete drive cycles and still won't set. I also have Catalyst heater not setting as well. The car only has 30k miles on it. Frustrating as heck, the car has no codes pending or set just won't set ready for these two parameters. It has been 4 days in a row of cold starts with air and electrical load heavy.

I also checked the battery health it is good no issues there. Not sure where to turn next or if I go back to stock tune and do a few drive cycles to see if I can get it to set.
