Virginia is a front plate required state. But i hate front plates. As a test to see how often I would be pulled over, I've recently been running without the front plate but with the stud. That way, i can say "officer, i removed my plate coming from the car wash and in my haste forgot to put it back on".

Unfortunately, Virginia is an everything state when it comes to cars. Very draconian laws. MD/VA is my hometown....

I have the US Millworks license plate holder as well (great quality), but don't need it in PA...thank goodness. Found out after I bought it, but I'll keep it anyway.
