Yep and using V6 layot you get more leg room on back seat. When using I6 manufacturer need make same size engine bay what V12 need.

Not really.

-Something difficult to achieve is not always better.
-Rear weight bias cars can be made neutral or understeering

BMW would probably be better off even for the general population with 45/55...
