No option m3 lease price

I will have about 4-5k to put down and really want white (no cost) and base interior (like speed cloth) with no other options except 19s... Do you guys think it will be possible to get a payment in the 600s on a lease with 4-5k down with no options... Anyone get an e90 m3 like this ? New to leasing So anyone with insight on bare bones lease

It'll depend on the residuals, and even the base M3/M4 comes standard with navigation and a few other goodies I believe.

It will depend mainly on:
1. Cap cost
2. Residual

From my experience, 600$ without tax will be achievable with that kind of down payment (although I don't advise down payment on a lease) if you lease for 36 months and the reduced price is low 60's

I dont think so. That would be a great deal though.

If thats possible i would go speed cloth and manual and nothing else.

M3 quote

Last year I got a quote from Steve Thomas on an m3 coupe (should be same price msrp on new sedan roughly). And he quoted me Payment of 630 including tax with about 5500 down.. That was at 800 over invoice.. At the time I had about 1500 in incentives.. So it would have only been 4000 down.. This was aw white speed cloth and no options.. I think it's possible

+1
you'll have to wait at least 1-2 years for the hype to die down and the dealers to stop with the mark ups.
Then maybe if you do a euro delivery you'll be able to get that low

Could you please elaborate a bit on why you don't advise down payment on a lease? I was considering putting down a hefty down payment so that I would have smaller monthly payments

If you could pull that off, that'll be amazing! I am expecting to pay close to $1000 a month for 36 months and 10k miles. But I am most likely going to add options that bring me closer to the mid to high $70k.

I pay $680.\/month for my '13 M3 that was $68K MSRP and this was with $0 Down. Sign and drive lease... I highly doubt the M3/M4 will lease this low, but could be possible with the right incentives

I'm expecting the same, but with 12k-15k miles.

I'm willing to pay quite a bit more for 24 mo lease however.

I think you will be able to get that kind of a lease a year or two after release. I think the residuals will be shit when the car first comes out.

Can you imagine. Nobody would buy the 435i if you can get a lease that low for M4.

Jees, leases are so crazy variable that's why I bought.

I was quoted about 970/mo on my '13 m3, MSRP was like 71k I think with 0 down. I didn't know the ins and outs of money factors or residuals at the time so I just did a purchase for 120 more per month. I'd much rather have paid 680 though...

I don't think getting a new m3/4 for 600/mo is going to be possible. 900 might even be a stretch. The loaded models may be similar to the e9x loaded model prices, but I think the base model will be substantially higher as more things are included now (nav etc).

You don't want to use cash as a down payment, but the best way to reduce the payment is with the use of Multiple Security Deposits (MSDs). These come back to you at full value at the end of the lease.

I don't know much about leasing, but everything I learned about leasing a BMW I found on the Ask A Dealer forum on Bimmerfest.

I doubt you can touch a M4 for $600/ month. I pay about the for my Z4, but when I was pricing out M3's there were all $800+. If you play with the numbers with M3 convertible on BMWUSA.COM you'll see its $826/month w/ $5000 down on 72,000 msrp.

That's with a 72000 msrp

Normally for every 1000 in options u pay 30 A month...so if msrp is 65000 then that's 7x30 or 210 a month less.. Seems realistic
