I kinda like the M3 in SS II, even if none of the pics is clearly visible (either the hood and trunk are open or you can not see the car as a whole). Too bad it's without the CF roof, would definitely look better with.

+1

I still can't understand why BMW insist on this combo without CF roof with this color meh

The YMB M4 looks sharp. I like it more than in the M3. Not the color for me but I can see why someone would really like this combo. However the Silverstone M3 color just looks very underwhelming and really softens the aggressive look of the car too much. This will no doubt be the choice for those looking for a sleeper edition.

Silverstone loses all the cool lines of that car. Now the silverstone interior is pretty damn sharp!!

The M3 in SS reminds me of the M5.

Blue has always been my favorite. Which is why it pains me so much that they picked such a nauseating color for such a beautiful car. That Smurf-blue is such an eyesore to me.

I've seen in the Canadian order guide another much more distinguished color of blue. I think it was "tanzanite" or something similar. Is it accurate that some colors are available and others are produced later? How does this work? I'd be grateful if any of the Bimmer experts on here could chime in and put my fear that I'll have to abandon blue for mineral grey to avoid driving a Smurfmobile to rest. 8(

Thanks to all who are keeping the information on the new Ms flowing. You guys are the best.

Tanzanite Blue ist part of the individual program (I guess not only in Canada) and costs more than the standard colors. Not sure about the prices in the US, but I guess it will cost about 1900 $ more.
It is expected that BMW will add some other colors or that a certain color will be replaced by a new one after a certain period.

Still don't like YMB. Silverstone looks a bit better than it did on that M4 pre-production model but I think TiAg still looks better.

This is the first time I think I've seen a direct rear shot of the M3. M4's rear looks better to me (has that rounder shape I prefer), even though from the side angle I don't like the rear slope of the M4 and the proportions.

I like it in Sliverstone more than Yas Marina Blue. Now that we are seeing them around in more colors, I'm looking forward to seeing a Sakhir Orange M3. That's what I ordered, but also thinking of going with Mineral White.

Not to piss on anybody's parate here, but I'm not feeling either M3 or M4 front / back bumper designs. It's cute, but not manly enough.

Man, I'm so glad I bought my 2013 M3 before it ended.

What color is that painted on the wheel? It looks like a brownish\gray\white? Gross!

Hope it looks better in person... or in sunlight.

Very disappointed in the choices of color. Might have to go with Valencia\Sakir (I normally like understated colors for my cars), but mineral gray is too close to black and SSII has always been meh. Hopefully, given the chance to see the cars\colors in person, my mind may change.

I've seen Valencia on a few 1M's and it looked spectacular but it seemed to fit the small brazen lines of the car. Not sure how it will look on the boats the f80\82m's appear to be.

I know these cars are gonna drive awesome, and save a ton of gas, but damn, BMW couldn't be making it more difficult to leave my e92.

Hoping to be able to hit the DC Auto show tomorrow for some eye's on opinion. I'll keep y'all updated (yes, pics too), if I'm able to go.
