What? I love headlight washers. Is this the case for Canadian cars too?

Ha, I agree, I am bit bummed. I have a week 40 build M3 on order and kind of hoping it magically comes with the headlight washers!

Is that with or without MPE?

My guess.. CP Wheels?

None of the 2 cars had the MPE. CP wheels and tires add about 20lb over the 437M, so account for only a portion of the 65lb.

Are you sure? The dash USB port only shows up if you option wireless charging... at least that's how it was in 2017's.

Wouldn't the new non CF tailshaft account for some weight gain?

You may be correct. However, I may have gotten my info from people like Snappy who is in Dubai. Different regions get different options as you know TonySCV, so I could very well be mistaken.

doesnt hurt asking the dealership for the silver ones. my 16 had a little small crack on the driver side. dealer took it in, came back 10 min later with a new one installed. i actually prefer the blk ones.

Yes. But the two cars I quoted are before the introduction of the steel driveshaft, so it will only further increase the weight gain.

65lb is negligible... less than 2% of the weight of a 400+ HP car means the power to weight ratio is barely changing. We're not talking about a Lotus here.

I guess it depends how one looks at it. The ~250lb weight advantage the M3/4 had over its competition was a key marketing and performance factor. A 65lb weight increase is 25% of that advantage gone away.

This is undocumented anywhere, it's just one of those little tweaks.

Performance feels the same to me even though I had the non Competition Pack M4 vs the Competition Pack but don't take my word for this yet as I'm still in the break-in period.

The lights though are super cool, the way the turn signals illuminate and even when the lights are just on, it looks so much more aggressive and futuristic.
I discovered if you press same direction 2X It does the trick. First to turn on and again to turn off (same direction). Works like a charm.

6NW was part of the Executive Package in MY2017, stand-alone option in MY2018 in the USA.

USB in the dash is only available with 6NW.

Trunk net for MY2018 now uses a 4-point hook system to the existing metal rings instead of a 6-point hook system to the trunk floor plastic holes.

Exactly, plus the thing never worked well anyway as people can get their fingers through the holes and then just detach the net.

I have the 6 point version, but I actually think the 4 point version would work better.

Time for a new car.
