Try car part. It's a centralized listing site that salvage yards use. You can search by year, make and model. Note that M3 seat sliders are shared with many models so expand your search beyond F8x.

I had success with the site a few years back to track down manual seat sliders. I had to buy the entire seat just to get the sliders but it was still cheap. I placed the order and the salvage yard had the seats ready and waiting for pick-up so I didn't even need to get my finger nails dirty rummaging around.

Are you looking for power sliders or manual sliders?

You should be able to source a set of manual sliders from the previous generation e90. They are more common and more available. They work perfectly, it’s what I used. Just call a few junk yards and you will eventually find a set of front seats with manual sliders. Then it’s just a matter of stripping the old seats off the rails and bolting them up.

I got mine at a pick and pull for about $15 from an e90 sedan. I have an extra slider that is yours for the cost of shipping
