Service cost

Hello All

Wondering if you guys can shed some light on servicing cost. I got a 335d and it's due it's first service and the service indicator is showing 1000 miles so I phoned my local Sytner dealer and was put through to service centre where the chap on the other end quoted me £310 for the first service. He told me it would take about a hour and a half to do. Personally I thought it was a bit high but not sure without shopping around. What do you think? Thanks for your help.

Just been quoted £280, for first service on the M4, but not sure what they will do on your first service, as it will have done around 15 - 18k ?

Hi mate mine has just done 12800k. The thing is my M4 is at the dealer waiting for me to pick up arrived last week but I'm holding out till March 1st for new reg. So I'm thinking only going to have the 355 until end of the month. So did not want to spend a masive amount servicing it.

I always supply my own oil bought with discount from Oppi oil in Camborne. That way
its possible to keep with Castrol (BMW now use Shell) and will save in the region of £60.
