Is it normal for white smoke to come out the exhaust in 60F weather? I know it's normal in colder temps but 60F isn't that cold... I've noticed it on both 93 and E30 tunes. I'm completely catless and it usually happens when it's damp outside.

The car also stutters a little on startup but I don't know if that related. Stock intakes.
