That is a good deal. Awesome that you own an Integra Type R and an NSX. Love those cars. I used to have a '96 Integra GSR which was a hoot to drive back then.

Yeah this is really interesting. They auctioned off the first couple of GTS's they had (one AW, one MG that I know of) due to not having warranty support for the GTS with Maxcare. I guess that changed.

Probably only driven on weekends at placed like Thunderhill, Sonoma Raceway and Laguna Seca.

I would like that new one that someone posted recently... That would be nice to own... Brand new GTS in 2019, with the warranty starting in 2019. But... I'm happy with the one I bought. Just had the BMW Yearly maintenance yesterday... all well.

I've fallen in love with it. When the F80 CS goes this may be next.

Doubt you'll be disappointed. Can't do those debates anymore with guys who have no clue. 1000's of laps at my home track in a variety of cars, 2+ seconds faster in the GTS than anything else. That was on a sticky high ambient day while chunking stock cup 2's and doing my best to not fly out of the stock seat.

Camber plates now installed, almost figured the race seat + 6 pt. If it wasn't massively enjoyable and fast, I'd have no problem stating that as my opinion and just moving on.. fanboys project endless, stubborn brand loyalty onto everyone apparently

It's a great, great car. But yet again it's misunderstood and hated on by losers whose only response to BMW making a 130k car is 'I'd buy a Porsche' even before the first drives are out.
Unlike them, I don't measure self worth by the badge in my car and also am well aware that 130k is the price of a 991 GTS which is in a different speed class

I worked at Carmax part time many years ago. It was actually a lot of fun.

They scrutinized every car to see if it was fit for retail sale.

They also use system data to see values for different cars in their inventory.

Fully endorse getting a car from them and their warranty is legit!
