Errors when coding with bimmercode

my first time coding on a BMW. I'm using bimmercode with the Vgate BT device. The first time I connected all modules loaded without errors. I made some changes and applied the code. This when I received a error trying to apply my changes to the car. I disconnected then reconnected only to get error trying to load the FEM module. I tried this a few times with the same result. So I downloaded bimmerlink to clear all errors however I can't seem to clear these last 4:

21510C: 0x21510C Batterieelektronik: Trennschalter offen

I still can't load bimmercode without getting errors trying to read the FEM module.
does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong here or what I need to do to clear these errors and laid the FEM module.

Google translator has it as "Tank vent system: locked after reprogramming" That doesn't sound good.

I am randomly getting 190F03 - Unknown in MHD as of late but I am not sure if it's a false positive or not. I am using BM3 for a custom tune and currently it has a bug where you cannot read DTC/DME codes so I am using MHD to scan and this is always in the shadow code list (not active). Strange stuff.
