How easy were these to remove? I am afraid that too much double sided tape and they might be a pain

The EAS ones require little to no tape (I have them, I only used a tiny 1/2" dot on the bottom to keep it snug). They fit so well into the "headrest" up top portion of the seat back, that you don't need any tape--purely overkill.
