Will a IPE exhaust fit on a M3 CS?

I'm trading my M3 F80 and selling the IPE exhaust. I already have a customer with an F80 M3 CS from 2019.

But will fit this? Both are European models. Mine F80 M3 is from 2017 and his F80 M3 CS from 2019. So I guess the BMW has the OPF filter. Is this any issue from any aftermarket exhaust? Or is it just a filter in the exhaust?

The M3cs ended production in 2018, it should not have OPF but I could be wrong.

Exactly what I just researched. I know BMW stopped with the production of the F80 M3 because of the OPF filter and only continued with the F82 M4 due this issue.

So I guess it will fit one on one. Just asked to be sure also IPE, but no reply yet from them so far..
