I moved from the first version KW HAS kit to Eibach Euro pro kits, for what I use the car it's perfect for me being a daily and I can use all three modes of EDC when needed (CS coding).

Very happy now.

Couple of reasons really, the inner front clearance issue with the KW's annoyed me so that's what made me start looking. To change out the springs I didn't want the car too low so the eibach drop plus spring rate seemed like a good match to the stock dampers in comparison to most others. My car only raised up about 5-7mm from where I had the KW's set and that made a difference on most of the speed bumps etc that I used to touch the nose or belly of the car, so that was a win for me.

These are Eibach's and lowers the car enough without lowing the roll centre too much in the suspension geometry and inducing excessive body roll. Unless you can re-position the lower control arm pick up points, the more you dump a car the lower the roll centre and the greater the body roll.

I went with the Eibach V1's and the ride is great, just like stock - I don't scrape on anything at all. It eliminates the wheel gap considerably without going too low which is what i wanted. I do have the latest iStep coded which made a huge difference in ride quality before putting these on so make sure you arent onan old iStep if you go with these. Otherwise, I think it's the best blend of comfort, practicality and giving the car a much better look with no compromises.

The v1 only drop front by .4 inch. Seems hardly worth the cost and effort.
Is it really noticeable?

The v2 are .8. That would seem to be ideal giving a lowered look while not slamming the car.
I have mperf lip and dont want it to be an issue.

Do those with v2 run into issues with lip and speed bumps or driveways?

I've been thinking of doing v2 or even kw v3.

Hi. Johnny from Sweden here. I have the H&R VTF-kit on my car. (Stands for variable tieferlegung federn, like HAS for you guys). I am very satisfyed with it. It has a harder spring up front and slightly softer at the rear compared to stock comp pack springs. I run mine 30m lower than stock and it's perfect for my driving here. I will not go lower as rear camber goes out of adjustment if lowered more. I run a bit less camber then recommended.

The V1 lowers .8 and .2. The V2 lowers 1" in the front and .5" in the rear. V1 eliminates most of the wheel gap but allows for you to drive it without worrying it's going to scrape on everything, especially if you have a front lip like most do. The rear on these cars is not bad stock, it's really the front that looks like a 4x4. The Eibachs are not for getting that slammed look, but they're better riding (ride is just like stock), better on your shocks, less scraping your lip daily and gets rid of the majority of the wheel gap which is terrible stock. Definitely a lot of options out there.

It's .8 and .4 on a ZCP M3. Lower on the non comp pack. Mine came out perfect with Eibach V2's

I think the pictures are very deceiving.i installed the fronts first to give it a more balanced look and it looked dumb. it sits and rides perfect now.
