Carlisle M Car Meet - Sunday the 23rd April

Meet Point The Sportsman Inn - Lake District National Park - Penrith CA11 0SG – 01768 483231 (9.30am for 10.00am)

On arrival clean cars, Note # bring water and / or Hotel will fill a few buckets for us at 10.00am – get cars ready for photos – coffee will be available from 11.00am from the hotel

11.30am – 1.00pm Photo shoot – Drives – Talk cars

Lunch booked for 14 people from 1.00pm – Bar Menu and Set Course Menus available to suit all

Leave at 2.15pm to drive to activity at Rookin House Farm CA110SS for 2.30pm check in, activity is Madtrax starting at 3.00pm takes around 2 to 2.5hrs

Afterwards head for home, take in a food stop if needed

1 x Madtrax space available? – Payment to me via PayPal.

NOTE - Madtrax Wear Sturdy Boots / Shoes Fully Racing Outfits Provided.

Yes mate. I live 10 minutes from junction 8 (Botany Bay) on the M61 so I'll be up for a convoy

The next services after that is Shap ?, on the North side.

Good to see a few convoys will be on route to the meet, just to say the activites are paid and booked for those taking part later in the day, and we have a table for 14 reserved for lunch if you wish to join in, there will be coffee avilabile from 11.00am at meet point and the photographer will be around all day.

All welcome if you just fancy a drive out to meet point

we are heading off 6.30 to meet the Glasgow guys at 7.15, so then about 1.15 drive to Gretna we should be with you 8.30ish and be at meet point for 9.30 / 10.00

Does that sound ok??
