Tough to say, especially that the stock top mount cooler is efficient. The gains are only noticeable if the car is tuned on stage 2 or more.

The biggest flaw in the stock part is not the cooling but that it often fails and leaks. If it's a minor leak, it won't trigger the code, so you can be running a defective part for a while before realizing it.
