Time not updating

Have you guys ever encountered an issue where your clock is not updating the time? I set the right time zone and also just went ahead and set it for auto time update but my clock will not budge....any thoughts?

OK, I'll bite. What does this mean??

Are you saying that your clock does not advance? In other words, you set it for 2:03 pm and it remains at 2:03 pm? Or are you saying that your clock does not automatically switch between regular time and daylight time?

Garage List
I have had 2 F31s and 1 F80 and none of them have automatically updated the clock. I had an Acura TL back in the day and the clock would adjust itself when crossing state lines it was pretty cool. All of BMWs have required turning the set automatically off then on again for it to work.

Weird. My clock is set to auto update based on gps. Works like a charm when crossing time zones as well as when DST kicks on / off.

I have the options of gps or connected drive to manage the time sync.

You need a new clock if it's perpetually stuck at 2:03pm. Either that or you've stopped time somehow for yourself!

Hi - did you ever find out what was causing your clock to literally freeze? Mine is doing the same and it is driving me nuts...
