Finnnnnnnnnnnnnnnne. All F30s have this. I re-read my post...I see how it was confusing to point out M-Sports.

Can someone explain to a M3 F80 noober what the deal is with the break in the hood line? Why does it go straight across like that? Maybe it's just me but I prefer the way BMW dealt with this element in the past.

It's the design of all of latest models. F30, F10, and now F80. It was one of the major complaints among most of us on the boards, but i've actually grown to not mind it so much.

Well said... i was at Prestige on rt17 and thinking same thing... my guess is the closeness of design of 5 and 3 required something for quick distinction... the headlight and grill meeting fit the bill... poor choice in my humble opinion... ~Frost

I'm a fan of it! Looks very similar to the 335i M-Sport steering wheel. Only thicker and with tri-color stitch.

I like it too! It's the M6 steering wheel and I hope it makes production.
The M4 will be like a "mini" M6

I was actually hoping that wasn't just cammo, maybe they will change back to the "non connecting" design. That would be great.

I sure hope the taillights on the M4 are different. I'm not digging these tails at all.

Could that be a functional air inlet vent?
More likely the same old misaligned hood problem which plagues some E9Xs.

The waiting is killing me. I almost pulled the trigger on an Audi S6 last week. But I'm still waiting...
