This is my second F82 and honestly couldn't have been happier with this car. I previously owned a 16' AY but was sold on the competition pack after testing a friends. This is a top condition car in completely stock spec. It has been garage kept its whole life and has been professionally detailed annually.

Car is nearly impeccable, there is a small paint chip on the passenger side of front bumper corner that is at the very bottom of the bumper (hardly noticeable but I'm one for full disclosure.)

All Financing has been completely paid off through BMW NA (Documentation can be provided if necessary).

Just FYi, I think you meant F82, and I don’t think you’re priced $10-15K high. Your trade in value is likely low to mid 60s which puts you mid to high 60s on a net trade in with tax benefit.
