I am the original owner - purchased brand new from BMW of Devon
Break-in maintenance serviced by BMW Springfield at ~1100 miles
Annual factory maintenance serviced at Thompson BMW (service records will be provided as requested)
Majority of mods done by AUTOcouture - including preventative Crank Hub upgrade

Car was in a minor accident in May 2019 - I was rear-ended at a local street in my town.
There was minor damage to the bumper. The adjuster initially recommended to touch it up.
HOWEVER I insisted that the rear bumper be fully replaced since accident happened with the car at ~6K miles. Claim was approved for FULL brand new OEM rear bumper replacement. It was painted and properly cured for 45 days before applying XPEL STEALTH.
Body shop that performed work is Proline Body in Elmwood Park, NJ (receipts and documentation will be provided as requested)

This minor damage will show up on the Car Fax as I requested for an official Police report and for the other party to claim full responsibility. I had no issue with it since I wanted a full brand new rear bumper. Additionally, my original intention was to keep the car and not sell it so it wasn’t a big deal showing up on the Car Fax. Absolutely no regrets as I got what I wanted - a brand new OEM rear bumper despite the minor damage.

Rest assured that this car has been well taken care of by an enthusiast - from the quality of the mods to the timely maintenance. There are other cars in the market right now that have a ‘clean’ Car Fax but have been driven really hard for 20k miles. This is not one of those.

Car is still in excellent condition with low mileage and no track days. The only other 2018 I saw in the market that has less than 11k miles in a similar spec is listed for 75K.

My build has been an open book and have been a part of the BMW community for a while. This is a quality car. Also worth noting that full PPF has been on the car since 1st week of ownership.

Yes, it's a Sto N Sho Quick Release Removable Front Plate Mount. Thanks for pointing that out!

Yeah the buyer owns an independent dealership.

I sold the car with everything on the original post above.
The only thing that was added was the orange seatbelts.
He added the MPerformance Diffuser and Front Lip.

Transaction was very smooth. Came to an agreement last Monday then I had the funds Thursday.
