Does anyone know if it's bad to put the car in S/S+ while car is at 160 still?
There is a road probably 5-10 minutes into my commute that I absolutely loving ripping on with all my settings to the max. My car isn't ever properly warmed up though in time as it is tinkering between 160-180 when I get there. Is this bad for the car? |

No, you can drive away from a cold start in S/S+.

I wait a max of 30 sec before I start to drive. Keep the rpm < 3k rpm until the oil is up to temp. Wait even longer on extremely cold days to ensure components, not just oil, has reached reasonable temps.
