Coding Top 10

Hey everyone,

Planning on getting some coding done and I know there are many options out there - I was wondering if everyone wouldn't mind giving their 2 cents on their "Top 10 must have codes."

Ones that I'm thinking about getting are as follows

- Active Sound Disable
- DVD while moving
- Brighter DRLs (angel eyes)
- Flashing rear brake lights with harder braking

Anything else that you guys have found that you feel is a must? Thanks!

In no particular order:

1. Carplay
2. Rear DRL
3. Disable sidemarkers
4. Customize comfort access (mirror fold when lock)
5. Door handle LED ON when reversing
6. Brake force flashing
7. Customize # of flashes on lock/unlock
8. Code out bulb check for reverse LED bulbs

B&O coding if you have HK
GTS DCT (if you have a dct)
GTS Steering
GTS Rear diff
GTS MDM (traction control)
CS Suspension
Fold mirrors on Lock / Unlock
Alarm Chirps on Lock / Unlock
Hazard lights flash on Lock / Unlock

It gives you the B&O (Bang and Olufsen) menu, which gives you 2 sound profiles to use, Studio (sounds like normal HK) and Expanded which sounds much better imo.

Would opt for Euro MDM coding, rather than the GTS setup.

I'm assuming B&O can't be done with Bimmercode?

I want to do Euro MDM and GTS diff but don't know where to start aside from getting the software

Use E-Sys for that.
