Exhaust help

Hey guys, long time user, haven't posted in a while and would appreciate some exhaust advice.

I'm currently running Evolve Automotive Catless downpipes, VRSF non-resonated mid-pipe and stock ZCP muffler. I like the tone and it's quite smooth and not raspy. The only issues I have:

1. It's too damn loud with the valves open, how can I quieten it down?
2. When giving it the beans and lifting off the throttle, I hear that annoying BLAP noise the S55 is renowned for. How can I stop the car doing that as it sounds horrible.
