With 19x9.5 et 21, you may rub slightly while lowered and on full lock, but should be able to be rectified with fender liner molding. Will take 30 minutes and a heat gun

I'll be able to take pictures on Tuesday, not currently in Miami. To clarify, it's the plastic fender liner that we are molding, not the fender itself.

I will try to remember to update the thread with the specific mold I did to my car, but here's a quick picture off of Google. Behind the tire where the red circle is, is around where the molding has to be done. I pushed mine in about half an inch over about a 3x3in area.
