mates up to stock downpipes no problem, however will require cutting your stock is exhaust if you plan to use your factory rear muffler (use supplied clamps to attach midpipe to rear muffler)

I hear it clears up some mid range rasp paired to the mpe. But I may sell my entire set up for the valvetronics ti
