2015 m4 leaking water under the car

I was recently found out that my car is leaking water under my car. Is that a AC ? I get the sunroof one, but here is not raining now. [IMG][/IMG]

If it looks/feels/smells like clean water (not engine coolant) then it's most likely condensation from your AC.
