Will a Rear 22mm Offset 19" rim stick out too far w/285x35x19 tires on rear ?

Do you think Rear Rims with a 22mm Offset (19 X 9.5) will stick out too far mounted on 285 x 35 x 19 tires on F80 M3 ?
Car is on stock suspension with standard brakes.
These rims and tires are just for traction in summer...
The rims and tires were already ordered

Do u think they will stick out too far ?

Check out this website
https://www.fitmentindustries.com/ti...et-calculators

They are based in Wisconsin and sell lots of tires, wheels, and related items; also they have a lot of helpful and information videos about current wheel and tire choices.

Using the calculator on that site, the new wheel tire combo will extend out by almost 12mm. You will also have 24mm more inner clearance. This will certainly fit and will not cause any rubbing issues. Consider that many people put on rear spacers up to 15-20mm. In fact, 12mm spacers on the rear appear to be a very common choice for those looking to extend the stock wheels. Your wheels will give that same look. I run 10mm in the rear and have no problems.

Enjoy

I'm curious what wheels you're planning to run. Post some pics if you get the chance.

285 on 9.5" would look like the tire is bulging out of the wheel, opposite of a stretch look. I recently got 285 on rear 10.5 wide and it sits flush to the face of the wheel. unless you dont mind a bulged look, I would go a bit smaller at 275.

I'm running a 285/30 tire on a 19x10.5 +22 offset in the rear and it does not rub or stick out. So 9.5 won't be a problem but I would definitely look at going with a 265 or 275 on your 9.5 wheel. [IMG][/IMG]
