Good poll. I answered power to weight since that is sort of a 2 for 1. I suspect we will get both power and weight rather than the actual ratio.

I'm not whining but BMW has yet to show that they can make an acceptable EPS for the base cars and are way off for something remotely sufficient for an M car. It is a big concern for me. Last edited by solstice; 09-01-2013 at 02:21 AM.. |

And he is right, BMW has yet to prove they can make a good EPS system. The only one that was sort of decent was the E85, but that was really only because it was light. So yeah, you should be able to see why people are hesitant towards EPS. Especially in an M-Car. |

Redline...followed closely by weight.
The weight is far more important, but I can't help shaking the excitement of an 8000 rpm redline. We won't get there, but I'm hoping "near 8000 rpm" means 7800 and not 7500. |

Being in love with my E92 M3. i have no problem saying the this new M3 is overall a better car. The things i like about the E92 that the new one will not have is. A high redline, and a distinctive engine sound over other BMW models.
