Really, REALLY starting to like SO...looks INCREDIBLE in the sun. Love its metallic nature.

Well took my better half over to see the M4 our dealer just got delivered SO/SO. She had never seen an M4 in person.
What happens? She loves the SO exterior. Interior, not so much. I already bought the engine cover and both reflector delete sets in YMB. Must resist temptation to change to SO. |

Now the icing on the cake. The GM there (who's a close friend) want to sell my wife a well-equipped 2013 M6 vert. It's MSRP $126K, will sell it for $99K. Now she wants an M6. I've got to research to see if that's a good deal. |

Hi everyone,
I'm seriously considering trading in my 435i for the M4, and don't want to spring for mineral grey again. Sakhir orange looks great, but what does this color look like in real life? In most of the photos on my computer it looks blood red, with hints of copper/orange in the sunlight. Is this accurate, or is it clearly orange in real life? Thanks in advance for your views! |

I did correspond with some forum members - some say that it's actually more red then in the photos, but with hints of orange/copper in direct sunlight. Others on the forum have said it is more orange/brown in color... I've seen photos that confirm both, and it looks good either way, so I'm ready to take the plunge on SO... I simply can't buy a third BMW in grey...
