Lumbar solution for ZCP seats
I know that many here are happy with the ZCP seats, but I found the lack of lumbar support causing me mild back pain. My mockup solution was a lumbar pillow I found on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000G...482943492&sr=1
I tried it as is and found it comfortable so I modified it to fit the seat perfectly by trimming 2 inches off of each side and shortening the strap it came with. It's perfect now. I am thinking of getting a custom cover made to match my SO interior Here is the final install pic |

Thank you
I thought I was crazy complaining about these seats (because so good looking) but this really helps. Let me know if you got a custom cover as I have the same color seats.

+1 - I have a bad back but love the look & would welcome a subtle / well sorted out + to address.

Do these seats not have lumbar adjustments with those side openings? I have an F83, so my seats are what I'd call traditional full with backs and have lumbar. Asking because I don't know.

I pulled the leather off the top of the seat and squeezed a small rag behind the foam. Oh, it's so great to have support and it's hidden.
Search for Kies M seat emblem change on YouTube to see how to take the leather off the seat. Just stuff something between the foam and seat structure. |
