Mine is stock (non-ZCP) with the MPE.
I am using ZCP burbles for now with the CS+ tune. I like the progressive nature of the CS (or the GTS, CS+) tune; but the OTS burbles were just too much. Hence, I chose ZCP burbles... happy so far.

So I re-flashed with the laptop with the updated agent that allows you to choose pre-programmed burble settings for the stg 1 & 2 maps like I wanted. I used to run the GTS map cuz I loved the sound but wanted stg 1 pull and the GTS burble. So tried the GTS setting on the stg 1 map. Well it is still not the same damn it.….. But I think I made a mistake. Looking back at my flashing notes I think when I was choosing the GTS map I was choosing OTS burble style so it was a little more aggressive than the stock GTS OEM burble. So…… I guess I will play around with it a bit more and might just go back to the stg 1 with OTS burble

So I have a new question. Has anybody been nuts enough to try all the burble settings? If so can you rate them in order from mild to wild so to speak.
My guess is: OEM Non-ZCP ZCP GTS OTS |

^ tunes also have different exhaust valve settings which greatly controls sound / enjoyment.
I ran a OTS CS tune which I then adjusted the exhaust valves to be more open but not wide open unless WOT above 4000RPM. Now I have the multimap and don't like the sounds. The burble might be better rumble but its less pronounced / loud |

The list order is correct if the car was non-ZCP…. otherwise OEM will just take whatever the non-tuned car values are. So, putting a OEM burble on a GTS car is not going to reduce the burble - one would have to choose Non-ZCP or ZCP to reduce it.

I know everyone hates burbles, and at some point I can see myself turning them off completely, but for now I think they sound pretty badass if it's not too over the top.
Just installed my AA single mid pipe on my '17 ZCP with Stage 1 multimap and wanted to share the tweaks I made. Initially the OTS settings were way too much. Since it's impossible to know what they are, I started very conservatively and was planning to deviate from there. Ended up sticking with my initial swag (for now) Duration Sport: 0.5s Duration Sport +: 1.0s Aggressiveness Sport: 1.5 Aggressiveness Sport +: 3.5 Min Speed: 10 Max Speed: 100 Min RPM: 2500 Max RPM: 5000 Following video is the CS map in Sport mode. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r7dUpRuw_b8 |

The custom burble settings when configuring the multimap should be applied to all 4 maps. I get that. HOWEVER, the settings I input there are only applied (as far as I can tell) to map slot 1 with the exception of minimum RPM which is applied to all 4. I messed with this for about 2 hours today. I changed min RPM twice just to confirm it was applied across all maps, and it was. Sport and sport+ were set to exactly the same values. What's ticking me off is that when I switch to say, slot 3 (stage 1 93) I get an excessively long and aggressive burble in sport+ compared to slot 1 (stage 1 91ACN) where I get what I set (.5s, 1.0agg). Could this just be a function of the more aggressive map producing a proportionally larger burble? I don't get why the duration would change... that's a hard set value like min RPM is. I'm getting close to just turning them off because the aggressiveness of slot 2/3 (baseline OTS) is way too much for my liking. |

Have you tried burbles off? Wonder if it still runs away with them disabled completely. Update: I flashed again with 0.5s duration and 0.5 agg for both S & S+ and it took for all maps... mostly. The aggressiveness is the only issue now. On slot 2/3 of my OTS multi (91/93 respectively) the aggressiveness ramps up significantly, so I went to customROM live adjust and set the burble aggressiveness to the same value I flashed (0.5) and it took. So whatever setting the 91/93 maps are getting for aggressiveness isn't what is set in the multimap's custom burble settings. When I went back to "adjust burble - off" the nasty loud aggressive cracks came back. Based on this, there must be some ramp up or multiplier that is being applied to the user burble settings as the map tunes get progressively more aggressive. PTF got back to me. I've been told that the custom burble setting in the config menu are only applied to map slot 1, NOT all 4 maps. This is contrary to what I've seen with respect to min and max RPM - those are certainly applied to all 4 maps. Seems pretty short-sighted to not have the config settings apply to all maps slots, they specifically say that the CEL and other items on that page are applied across all 4, why in the heck would the burble not be? Seems off.
They also cited the CustomROM Release note from June 16, 2021, which I read in its entirety before buying the multimap. It has no mention of what specific config setting are applied in what manner. |

not sure if this was already answered, but I've found that the comp has more burbles than standard from factory, but it's nothing like you get from burble tunes even on a light minor setting
