I use http://www.usmillworks.com/bmw_front..._tow_hook.html and techs at my dealership comment it's the best one they see come through and I've been very happy with it myself.

I use the Skene mount (https://skenebrackets.com/). You have to drill two tiny holes underneath the bumper. My OCD can't tolerate the off center tow hook mount.

I use Carbonio: https://carbonio.com/collections/bmw...se-plate-mount
It looks great, it's centered, requires no drilling under the bumper and it was sturdy enough to survive me hitting a tumbleweed at 70 mph. As an added benefit, you can easily remove it when washing the car. |

I have a "Lightened + Quick Release" license plate holder from US Millworks made for "F80 M3 WITH park sensors" for sale for anyone who's interested. It's unused. It retails for $129 but I'm willing to sell it for cheaper.

Bought the USMillWorks for my M235xi and Platypus for my M3.
Both worked very well and are solid. The USMillWorks is somewhat harder to install because of the adjustable semi-spherical doohickey but the adjustable angle is a nice feature after you install it.

Could you tell us what the product you used, please?
By the way, what's the ShowStopper sticker on the top?
