Looking to upgrade from stock tires

Hi,

I have '15 M4 with 43k miles. My tires are those that it came with from the factory. I'd like to upgrade but I am not sure what is the best way to do so. In my area (Northern Texas) we don't get much snow but road conditions aren't always pleasant. Car is my daily. Any suggestions? Has anyone tried running 305s in the rear?

Show us a pic of those racing slicks

And search for the Pilot Sport 4S thread were there are many recommendations on sizes.

On all 4? Or only in the back? If only on the rear tires, what do I chose for front tires?

Yes, they're quite worn out but nothing too horrible. The original owner was an elderly gentleman, it's very probable that he wasn't pushing the car hard at all.

Also would like to note that my wheels are not by default, a.k.a. the original owner paid extra $ when he was buying the car for black 19" rims. Idk if that helps.

43K WTFFF. i can barely get 15k out the rears before they are bald lol.

unless you have serious grip problems. don't go to fat in the back. itll make your rims look tiny; but if thats your look for it. Throttle modulation is 70% of the grip battle.
