Volk Ce28n Time Attack with center caps and tires (power coated, no chips)
Wheels are powder coated gray with a yellow time attach strip (so were the center caps) There are no blemished on the wheel faces at all. Tires are on wear bars, so I can ship them with tires or without tires.
